課程概述 |
Academic English Writing introduces students to the writing conventions of research journal articles. |
|
課程目標 |
This course aims to develop students' competence in academic writing and presenting a research paper. Upon the completion of the course, students will be able to: 1) identify the moves and steps in research paper writing; 2)apply these moves and steps to their own writing; and 3) develop self-editing skills. |
|
課程要求 |
Students are expected to attend lectures, participate in class discussions, corroborate with their peers in individual and group writing tasks, and complete assigned reading and writing tasks. |
